Loan-Obtaining Procedure
At ISG, we adhere to a structured and transparent process to ensure a seamless financing experience. Below is a step-by-step breakdown of our loan application procedure:

Consultant Verification
Clients can verify our consultants’ credentials via the ISG official website or by directly contacting the ISG office for confirmation.
Document Submission & Preliminary Assessment
Clients must submit all necessary documents to their assigned consultant for an initial evaluation.
The consultant will conduct a preliminary review and provide professional guidance based on the assessment.

Confirm Appointment & Agreement Signing
(Applicable for certain cases only)
Clients must confirm their appointment, after which an agreement must be signed.
Before signing, clients are required to review and fully understand the terms and conditions stated in the agreement.
Once the agreement is signed, ISG will issue an official invoice based on the agreement.
Payment of Administration Fee
(Applicable for certain cases only)
Clients must proceed with the payment of the administration fee to ISG’s official company account.
ISG will provide proof of payment received and proceed with the application.

Loan Application Processing
Once the agreement is signed and the necessary fees are paid, the consultant will initiate the loan application process, ensuring all requirements are met for a smooth approval.
Loan Approval & Consultation Fee Settlement
Upon loan approval, clients must settle the full consultation fee before signing the Letter of Offer.

Mandatory Loan Protection Requirement
This policy acts as a mandatory safeguard, ensuring financial protection for both the client’s loan commitments and business continuity.
As per ISG’s official policy, all clients are recommended to purchase an MLTA (Mortgage Level Term Assurance) or Keyman Insurance through ISG for every loan secured.
Final Receipt Issuance
Upon receiving the full consultation fee payment, ISG will issue a final receipt, serving as official proof of transaction completion.
